My name is Morgan Hammar, with my wife Vera, we own The Right Way Company.  We are based in Riverside, CA.  We both are Special Education Teachers for Students that are Learning Disabled.  In 2000, we started this small business to share our conceptualization of the California State Standards.  We created a tool that showed the standards across grade levels.  If you are familiar with the Individual Educational Plan (IEP), you understand that it was important for us as RSP teachers to be able to quickly compare the student's grade level with their performance level.  Laying the standards out side by side was a natural conclusion for us.  That was the birth of the Quick Glance Reference Guide.  Since then, we have relied on word of mouth and have sold nearly 15,000 units.  Now we are moving into a new era, we have partnered with a consultant to conduct trainings on use of the Quick Glance.
